Snow White Cake

This is a Barbie cake that I replaced with a Snow White doll for my niece.

Spaghetti and Meatballs

This is a plate of cupcakes made to look like spaghetti and meatballs. I used Ferrero Rocher candies dipped in strawberry preserves to represent the meatballs and sauce. I used buttercream frosting for the noodles.
I would have done this on a smaller version on a dinner plate, but I had to have enough for an entire preschool class, so I had to use all 24 cupcakes.

Cupcake pull-apart cakes

I was asked to make a pull apart cake to look like the invitation that a client was using.

Each cupcake was made of 15 cupcakes. I used the same colors that were used on the invitation and even used the same chenille that was used on the invitations.

So, when put together, it was 45 cupcakes. I was very pleased with how it turned out.

Rock Star Birthday

My daughter turned 5 and wanted a Rock Star party. So, I found a cake like this online. Each tier had 1 layer chocolate and 1 layer yellow cake. I ordered the edible images online and had a picture from each year of her life put on them.

Vania's Wedding Cake

I was asked to make this cake for my sister-in-law's sister. The bottom layer is a 16" square. Above that are round layers, size 14", 12", 10", and 8". Each layer has raspberry filling in between. I used buttercream frosting. I did it all in white and the bottom picture is the cake after the gum paste flowers were added. The gum paste flowers were not made by me, but made by my sister-in-law's aunt in Mexico.
