Ginny's Birthday Cakes

Here are Ginny's 1st birthday cakes. We made one for Blythewood, one for Barnwell, and 2 small ones for her to enjoy herself at each place.

This is a red velevet cake with cream cheese frosting. I put crushed pecans in the middle of the 2 layers. I used buttercream frosting to decorate it, but the light pink frosting is cream cheese. I used ice cream cones for the castle turets.

This is a small 6 inch layer that I made just for Ginny to dig into. I made 2 so that she could have one for each of her "parties." The other one was decorated in pink frosting.

This is the princess castle cake. I used the princess castle pan for it. It is a yellow cake with buttercream frosting.

Cakes

These are a few of the cakes I've made recently. I will post more soon of ones I have done in the past. Of course if anyone needs a cake or has an idea of one they want made, just e-mail me and let me know.

This is a 2 layer half sheet cake that I made for a primary board appreciation dinner. It is a yellow cake.

This is my "Topsy Turvy" cake. It can be made in chocolate or yellow. This would be considered a "shape" cake.

This is a guitar cake. I also have made it look like an electric guitar in pink and purple with "HM" on it for "Hannah Montana."
